Delivery charges

Standard delivery across Singapore is free when the goods total is $100 or more after discounts. Below that threshold, delivery is $25. Express delivery is available for $25, including on orders that qualify for free standard delivery. The cart shows the selected method and total before payment.

Timing

Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling, followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

Address checks

Check the delivery address before payment. Contact theteam@customersupport.care promptly if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
