Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Once packing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process below applies.

Change-of-mind returns

The source store accepts a return request within 15 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. The buyer pays tracked return delivery to the return address supplied by support, and the published $39 packing and handling amount per order is non-refundable. Do not send a return to the Singapore administration office.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with the order number, photographs and a description of the problem. We will arrange the remedy that applies. Your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, are not reduced by this policy.
