This policy applies to safetysecurity.asia, operated by SafeSecure Singapore, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Data we collect

We collect the details needed to answer messages and fulfil orders, including name, email, phone, delivery address, ordered items, delivery choice, amount paid and order reference. We also receive limited technical and analytics information when the relevant cookies are allowed.

How we use and share it

We use personal data to process payment, record and fulfil orders, send confirmations, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. It is shared only with service providers needed for those purposes, including Stripe or PayPal, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, couriers, fulfilment partners, Google analytics where consent permits, and the site chat provider. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and transfers

Some providers process information outside Singapore. We use them only for the purposes described above and retain records only as long as operational or legal needs require.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by emailing theteam@customersupport.care. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies.
